Ashley Episcopo Biography

ashleyAshley Episcopo, mezzo-soprano, received her Master of Music degree from the Longy School of Music. She performs music ranging from the mid 1600's to contemporary, newly composed works, in styles ranging from classical to jazz to contemporary. Ms. Episcopo has performed in opera, oratorio and recital in the Boston area and in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Solo engagements have included the Mozart Requiem and Haydn Mass in Time of War with Chorus Pro Musica and the Vivaldi Gloria with the Three Rivers Choral Society. She made her operatic debut as Morfeo in Sebastian Duron's zarzuela "Salir el Amor del Mundo." She has recently performed with the Eclectic Laboratory Chamber Orchestra (E.L.C.O.) and with various groups as part of the Pittsburgh New Music Festival.  More at http://www.ashleyepiscopo.com/
